Office Administrator
My favorite part of this job is working with the patients and seeing their finished smiles when their vision of aesthetics has been accomplished.
Alex is a former Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) and is also licensed in radiology. She has been with the office for almost 30 years and in the dental field for many more. Although she is often behind the scenes, making sure all the elements of the practice are working together, she greets and meets all our patients and has one-on-one conversations about their treatment plans.
Alex appreciates that Dr. Marion listens to each of his patients, addresses all of their needs, and takes time to educate them about their dental and oral health.
Pat
Dental Assistant
I love working with our patients and seeing the results of the restorations we create.
Pat is a graduate of the prestigious McCarrie Dental Assistant Program in Philadelphia. She is certified in both radiology and basic life support (CPR) and is an active member of the American Dental Assistant Association. Prior to joining our office in 2018, Pat worked as a periodontal surgical assistant for over 30 years. She works chairside with Dr. Marion and provides care for our patients.
Pat loves working with this team Dr. Marion has assembled. She appreciates that everyone shares the common goal of working with challenging patient cases and providing success along with safety.
Regina
Dental Assistant
I love seeing the finished smiles of our satisfied patients.
Regina studied dental assisting education at Delaware Valley Technical Institute. She began working in dentistry in the Philadelphia area in 2010 and joined our practice in 2018. Regina’s days are spent chairside, assisting Dr. Marion with procedures and providing patient care.
Sharon
Registered Dental Hygienist
Sharon has extensive experience in the dental field and has worked in the Philadelphia area for several years. In addition to preventive and maintenance dental hygiene treatment, she educates patients about oral health.

Megan
Dental Laboratory Technician
I love working with both Dr. Marion and his dental ceramicist to create “works of art” that will go into a beautiful smile.
Megan began working in dentistry in 2018 as part of her sculpture major. She did an independent study with Colonial Dental Lab that year, learning all aspects of conventional and digital dental restoration design. Megan started working with Dr. Marion as a social media and blog post writer, then was formally added as a dental lab technician, in 2020, when she graduated with her Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia. Now she works in the in-house lab and assists in communication with our dental labs.
John
Dental Laboratory Technician (CDT)
I really enjoy seeing the smiles once a case is finished.
John has extensive dental laboratory training. In 1978, he earned a Certificate in Dental Technology (CDT) in crown and bridge from the National Board for Dental Laboratory Certification. In 1996 he received an Advanced Certificate in fixed prosthodontic ceramics. John has traveled and studied under some of the world's premier technicians and ceramicists in Germany, Japan, and America. He has also studied at the world-renowned Pankey Institute and Germany’s Vita Advanced Ceramic Training Center. John works in our in-house lab, as well as chairside with Dr. Marion, to assist in providing the most functional and aesthetic restorations and rehabilitation.
John is happy to work in a positive, supportive office where everyone is very dedicated to our patients.
